Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (New Orleans, LA)

Summit Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from New Orleans. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including payment disputes, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
