Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Linden Foods is a New Orleans food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including allergen controls, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
