Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Forge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Nashville. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including proof of delivery, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
