Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Wilder Property Management is a Nashville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent collection, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
