Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Nashville, TN)

Summit Nest Property Management is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including resident events, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
