Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Lakeside Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Nashville, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including meter readings, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
