Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Nashville across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including intake forms, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
