Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Birch Arts Center is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including exhibitions, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
