Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Nest Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Milwaukee region, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vehicle inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
