Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Miami. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including sanitation schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
