Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan files, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
