Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Madison, WI)

Northwind Keystone Arts Center Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Madison. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including volunteer programmes, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
