Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including card disputes, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
