Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Umber Civic Services supports public agencies in Las Vegas with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including budget submissions, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
