Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Kestrel Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Las Vegas, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including underwriting files, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
