Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including accessibility audits, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
