Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including work orders, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
