Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Fox Insurance is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including catastrophe response, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
