Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jacksonville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account openings, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
