Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Jackson, MS)

Bluepeak Quarry Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Jackson focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer tickets, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
