Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Honolulu. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including budget submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
