Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Forge Freight is a Honolulu logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including dock schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
