Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Grand Rapids with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including equipment calibration, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
