Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Fresno, CA)

Summit Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fresno area, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 836 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer tickets, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
