Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
