Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Haven Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Fort Worth and nearby communities, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including pipe repairs, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
