Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fort Worth working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 691 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including ridership counts, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
