Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood North Insurance is an insurance company in Fort Worth with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer complaints, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
