Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Fern Arts Center is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including exhibitions, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
