Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Orchard Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around El Paso. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 921 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including landfill records, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
