Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around El Paso. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including dock schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
