Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Detroit, MI)

Bright Maple Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Detroit. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
