Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Juniper Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service installations, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
