Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Juniper Foods is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including ingredient orders, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
