Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Summit Press is a printer and publisher in Detroit serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including bindery work, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
