Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Fox Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including maintenance requests, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
