Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Rook Press is a printer and publisher in Des Moines serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including bindery work, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
