Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Property Management looks after rental homes across the Denver area. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including maintenance requests, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
