Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Sparrow Foods Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production batches, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
