Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Sparrow Freight is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including proof of delivery, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
