Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Rowan Foods Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including ingredient orders, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
