Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Dallas serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including branch operations, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
