Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Dallas with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including landfill records, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
