Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Vista Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 774 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including online orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
