Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Colorado Springs region, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including usage data, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
