Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Cincinnati design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a large organisation of about 889 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service alerts, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
