Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fox Auto Group and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service appointments, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
