Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath Cross Legal Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client files, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
