Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Rowan Hospitality is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including guest bookings, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
