Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Baltimore. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
